This issue may happen due to system file corruption. It really shouldn't be this difficult for MS to get its basic apps to work on its operating system.
Some of the other suggestions, including opening a new user account or doing a complete reboot of Windows 10 (I don't have a CD) are just too much and judging by other threads also doesn't work. I can't now download any new apps as Store doesn't None of my Office Suite is affected nor are third party apps, though I think Twitter might also have been a problem . The only apps affected are Windows Apps: Store, calculator, Mail, Photos, News, Weather. Crossing my fingers & hoping they just change back Deleting Norton antivirus and seeing if the apps then connect with the internetħ. Erasing apps and trying to reinstall them (can't as Store is also corrupt)ĥ. attempting to access Windows WebApps folder and resetting various permissions (windows won't let me access it even though I am the administrator)Ĥ. The various suggestions on other threads using SFC / Scannow (which doesn't open), then inputting various strings into Powershellģ. If the issue persists, do get back to us.
